WRAPPED TOE RING, FREE TUTORIAL by Franchezka Westwood. Featuring Beadalon

I love toe rings and I decided to teach how to make them, so you can also enjoy this summer season with beautiful rings matching your sandals.
In this tutorial I am using 18 gauge Artistic Wire by Beadalon.

First choose your bead in a local bead or craft store. The bead needs to measure from 1/4" to 1/2" inch.

NOTE:

This size fits normal adult size. To make rings for kids size  you have to reduce from 1/2" to 1"  inch each side the wire and use a small bead from 1/8" to 1/4" inch. If you need help contact me here.

With your bead in the wire, measure 3 inches (3")  in each side and cut.

From the bead measure one inch  (1") and fold the wire in each side with your pliers.

Wrap twice the wire keeping the bead in place and cut the excess.
Long ends could become thorns, so cut them and make them flat with your pliers.

I used my bail pliers to shape the ring to give it the round form in each side.

Ready. This toe ring is adjustable for many adult sizes.  Just put your toe inside and adjust the ring by pressing the wire aroung your toe. The ring should be comfortable and don't hurt.

Again, to make rings for kids size  you have to reduce from 1/2" to 1"  inch each side the wire and use a small bead from 1/8" to 1/4" inch.
